On the evening of September 6^th 2013, Samsung Electronics joined hands with EAG Organizing Committee to inaugurate the 30-day Countdown ceremony. Leaders from both sides unveiled the landmark countdown timer, marking the final spurt stage of the preparation work. The timer becomes another landscape for citizens taking photos during the Tianjin East Asian Games.
