On September 10^th afternoon, a work meeting was convened in Tianjin on the 6^th EAG preparation. The meeting echoes the requirements put forward by the Enlarged Meeting of Tianjin Municipal Standing Committee, and further unifies the thinking with optimized measures and clarified responsibilities, aiming for a high-level, distinctive and splendid sport event. Zhu Liping, Standing Committee Member of Tianjin Municipal CPCC and Secretary of Tianjin Education Work Committee, attended and addressed the meeting presided over by Cao Xiaohong, Deputy Mayor of Tianjin. People in-charge from EAGOC Execution Bureau, relative Municipal government bodies, Districts and Counties were also present at the meeting.

Zhu Liping and Cao Xiaohong stressed that relative authorities, districts and units in Tianjin should prepare well and provide high-level services for the games in a responsible and unswerving manner. The venue management should be strengthened and the games organized scientifically. Supreme reception services should be provided to each and every guest to enable them with a feel of comfort, convenience and satisfaction. Security should be highlighted for zero incidents. The central government’s Eight-point Rules should be followed, striving for the efficient, safe and clean games. Public promotion and mass introduction of the games should be expanded for fostering a new image of beautiful Tianjin. The organization and leadership should be consolidated with team spirits and consistent measures, contributing due efforts to a safe, peace and stable games.
