Instructions to the Spectators

Please read the instructions below carefully and comply with them accordingly in order to enjoy games with delight. Thank you for your cooperation!

Please keep your admission tickets properly and read the schedule of games and other important information carefully. Please arrive punctually so as not to disturb others while taking your seat.

Please take public transport as much as possible because some venues cannot offer enough parking lots for your vehicles.

Enter the venue by ticket in order and accept security checks for admission.

Do not take the following items into the venue: Various soft or hard packaged beverage brought by yourself；Fragile items and containers, bats, sticks, sharp objects and similar articles; Trunks, boxes or handbags unsuitable for the seating area; Flagpoles and banners exceeding 1m × 2 m in size；Animals with the exception of Guide Dogs; Musical instruments, laser devices, radio, audio amplifying equipment, radio equipment, professional video, photographic equipments and tripods of any size; Any banners, posters and leaflets; Musical instruments, posters and other items carried by the organized cheering squads must be approved by the Organizing Committee in order to enter the venue. Do not bring prams into seating areas or wheelchairs into seating areas for non-disabled people.Please take the seat indicated on your ticket. Do not smoke in this non-smoking venue.

Switch your mobile phone to silent or vibrating mode after taking your seat.

Please do not open your umbrella or stand in the seating area, nor stand in the passage of venues in order not to block views of others. Please do not climb over the fence, tread on seats, drop litter or throw objects to the venue and the seats of spectators.

Do not enter non-spectator areas, such as the VIP area, work areas and event venues.

Televised reports and professional video cameras recording are prohibited without authorization. Any unauthorized activities of promotion, display and demonstration, performance of raising funds and distribution of brochures are prohibited in the venue. Do not enter the venue with firearms and ammunition, controlled knives and swords, inflammables and explosives, radioactive and corrosive objects and other dangerous items, which have the potential to jeopardize the public security of the venue, expressly prohibited by Chinese laws and regulations. Do not surround referees, athletes or other staff; gambling, parades, sit-ins, demonstrations, drunken and disorderly conduct, streaking and other actions, which disrupt the order of events in the venue and violate Chinese laws and regulations.

Take good care of your ticket. The booking office is not obliged to issue any replacement for a lost or stolen ticket; In the event that your ticket is damaged and the information on the ticket is beyond recognition and you will be required to purchase another ticket valid for the day.

Please consult the Ticket Dispute Office in the public area of the venue on condition that the seat number is not in conformity with that on the ticket, the seat numbers on different tickets are the same, the seat is damaged or your view is blocked.

Suppose you leave the venue in the course of the event, you will not be allowed to enter again.

Please cooperate with the management staff and follow their instructions under special circumstances.
