How to Fill in Ticket-booking Sheet (Group) for the 6th East Asian Games and Instruction for Payment

1. Group ticket-booking sheet for the 6th East Asian Games (hereinafter referred to as ticket-booking sheet) is only valid for group to purchase the tickets, dated from August 15 to 31 2013. Please read this guide carefully and fill in the group ticket-booking sheet correctly. Please visit official websites of the 6th East Asian Games (), go to ticketing section to submit ticket-booking sheet. Ticket-booking sheet can be filled in and submitted via both internet and postal mail.

2. Application for ticket booking is not revocable. If the applicant intends to modify the item in the ticket-booking sheet, please visit the official website () or call 862223820719 for customer service of Ticket Center. However, only such information as contact number, email address and the place where you plan to pick up tickets is modifiable. When applying for a modification, you are required to provide detailed information in the ticket-booking sheet, including the type of ID card and ID number. Once verified, your information will be updated accordingly.

3. The application for group ticket booking can be submitted via the official website of the 6th East Asian Games (). Your application will directly be filed in our ticket booking system.

4. Group ticket booking can also be submitted through paper booking sheet. You can download and print a blank ticket-booking sheet via the official tickets website of the 6th East Asian Games. Please use black or blue ballpoint pens, pens or felt-tipped markers to fill in the ticket-booking sheet. Please use the same type of ID card when booking and obtaining tickets

5. Upon receipt of the payment, please fill in the original of the group ticket-booking sheet in full text, make photocopy of it in duplication, then mail or fax the original and a copy to the Ticket Center of the 6th East Asian Games, and keep the other photocopy as your own.

6. If the booking sheet via postal mail is incomplete or illegible and make sure that you have marked preferred method of collecting your tickets, otherwise ticket center will regard it as invalid.

7. Please make sure that you have filled in at least one telephone number that can reach to the applicant or middleman; the ticket center will not be liable for any failure of contacting that prevents you from a valid or successful booking.

8. There is a corresponding eight-digit code for tickets varying in session and price ranges. Each code indicates relevant information of the session, which contains game time, the event, and the players, etc.

9. Please mark the method of payment box in your ticket booking sheet and make the payment at your earliest convenience. Please be advised that online payment may be restricted to Bank credit limit (varying from bank to bank). If not, please make the remittance within three days of the ticket booking sheet being submitted. Otherwise, the ticket booking sheet will be regarded as invalid.

10. Please mark the method of collecting your ticket, otherwise, the ticket booking sheet will be regarded as invalid.

11. Please make sure that you have signed at the bottom of the ticket-booking sheet. Upon receipt of your payment, we shall verify whether the method of payment and the payment information provided in your ticket booking sheet with the payer’s information, determining whether the ticket is successfully booked.

14. The postal address must be valid within the People’s Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR and Taiwan Province). An E-mail address is highly recommended so we can reach you in the most efficient way.

15. The address you fill out will be used amid the receipt of mails (postage items/tickets). If you can’t receive your tickets through the indicated address, please mark the designated ticket point to get your tickets.

Instructions for payment:

1. As for group ticket booking, a deposit equivalent to 40% of the ticket value is payable to the applicant regardless of the methods of payment. Ticket Center accepts following methods of payment, including Visa Cards, Unionpay Cards and Cash remittance

2. 2.Please collect your tickets at the location designated by TEAGOC prior to October 4. 60% of the remaining amount is payable to the applicant when collecting tickets.

3. If the applicant intends to make change to a reservation or a refund (Maximum 15% of the total amount is refundable), the deadline for refund is October 4. No refunds will be considered after the deadline.

Verification of ticket booking:

We will process ticket booking based on the principle of “first in, first served”. If the ticket you apply for within a certain price range or a certain session is sold out, please contact us as soon as possible. Otherwise, you cannot get the tickets for this session
