The 6th East Asian Games will take place in Tianjin China, from October 6 to 15, 2013. The Ticket Center under the Executive Board of Organizing Committee will offer ticket reservation service to the public from August 15.

To book tickets, ticket buyers are required to fill out the Ticket- Booking Application Form which can be downloaded from TEAGOC official website, or directly obtained directly from the Ticket Center. Application forms should be submitted to the E-mail address of Executive Board Ticket Center which designated by the Organizing Committee. The Ticket Center, upon receipt and confirmation of their applications, will e-mail or fax a receipt of application, bearing the seal of ticket Reservation.

The ticket buyers can confirm the completion of their reservation upon effecting the advance payment of forty percent (40%) of the order amount as deposit, within five days after their reservations are confirmed to the Account designated by the Executive Board. The remaining amount shall be finalized on October 4 when they come to the Ticket Center for tickets. During the period from September 2013 to the beginning of the Games, additional order will be available for the buyers. If ticket buyers request to cancel the reservation or change the ticket, maximum 15% of the total amount can be refunded.

Incentives for the advanced reservation: Varying discounts will be granted to ticket buyers in accordance with corresponding time gaps. Ten percent (10%) discount of the full ticket price will be offered to those who complete the reservation before August 31, and eight percent (8%) discount before September 15.

Incentives for group purchase: Appropriate discount can be given to those group buyers when one single purchase reaches a stipulated amount. A total amount of more than RMB 50 thousand (including 50 thousand) can enjoy a discount of 10%; a total amount of more than RMB 80 thousand (including 80 thousand), a discount of 15%; a total amount of more than RMB 100 thousand (including 100 thousand), a discount of 20%. Incentives cannot be enjoyed simultaneously.

TEAGOC will sell tickets to the public from September, 2013. The public can buy tickets at designated booking offices or outlets including Tianjin Ticket Sales Network, China Bohai Bank and its business outlets, China Sports Industry Group Co., Ltd, and Tianjin Post and its business outlets. Tickets can also be booked by telephone via Tianjin Post 11185 and be collectable at the publicized business outlets. Tianjin Post is responsible for delivery of the ticket (limited to the six districts in urban areas).
