Execution Bureau of the 6^th EAG Organizing Committee convened a special meeting on sports exhibition, aiming for a better mobilization and deployment on sports exhibition of the East Asian Games.

Sports Exhibition Team leader from the Large-scale Sports Events Department of EAG Organizing Committee Execution Bureau made deployment for the work plan and agenda of the 6^th EAG sports exhibition. Operation Director of the Team elaborated on the contents of the exhibition.

Wang Jinsheng, Deputy Secretary-general of Tianjin CPC Municipal Committee, Secretary-general of the 6^th EAG Organizing Committee and Director-general of its Execution Bureau, specified the thinking ways and task of the Exhibition from eights aspects, namely, determining guidelines, establishing exhibition organization structure, choosing the main exhibition theme, outlining exhibition items, following exhibition principles, planning exhibition contents, specifying exhibition features and delimiting exhibition phrases.
