Days ago, the Executive Board of the Organizing Committee of the 6^th East Asian Games convened a working meeting on venue operating teams, and released The Allocation Measures of 6^th EAG Venue Operating Teams. The meeting concluded that the establishment of venue operating teams will start from this date, and all personnels will be in place before the end of April, being ready for the test events which will start in May successively.

　　To meet the requirement of the executive board of the organizing committee, the organizer and the venue of each event will immediately allocate personnels in accordance with The Allocation Measures of 6^th EAG Venue Operating Teams, and among all, the core management team will be established in the coming days.
