The 6th East Asian Games Chefs de Mission Seminar was held at Tianjin Hotel on the afternoon of October 15, 2012, and the 29th EAGA Council Meeting was held on the morning.

At the opening ceremony, Huang Xingguo, President of the 6th East Asian Organizing Committee, issued “Invitation Letter of the 6th East Asian Games” to the Chefs de Mission. At the Chefs de Mission Seminar, EAGOC respectively made meeting statement and statements on sport competition, accreditation, services and medical work, and EAGOC relevant personnel answered related questions.

On October 15, EAGA President Welcome Reception and Tianjin Reception were also held. From October 14 to 15, participating guests visited and inspected venues for the 6th East Asian Games and toured the Haihe River’s night views in light by boat.

The 6th East Asian Games will be held in Tianjin from October 6th to 15th, 2013, and athletes from 9 East Asian countries and regions will participate.
